YASHICA T2 AF
Compact analog 35mm camera
Presented at the 1984 Kina, this YASHICA is the first of the T series. This small T followed by a star refers to the Carl Zeiss Tessar 3.5 / 35 lens which equips this camera and which sets it apart from the numerous existing compact cameras.
Outwardly, with hindsight, it doesn't look very good. Yet its angular lines were very much in tune with the times. We notice a few small things. The lens is protected by a transparent cap. There is no point in trying to open it. The device does this on its own at each trigger. Under the lens, you can see a manual sensitivity adjustment, limited to five choices, from 50 to 1000 iso.
For a device of this level, in those times, it is close to inconceivable. The autofocus has ... 8 steps, which is little compared to cameras of the following decade, but it is a start. The focus can be memorized, and the set point is recalled in the viewfinder in the form of three symbols. A fourth symbol is activated when the use of flash is required.
Slight signs of wear on the outside, clean inside impeccable sealing foam.
This is a used camera in working condition, but does not benefit from any additional warranty. The purchaser has 14 days to retract provided the device is in the identical condition in which it was sold including accessories.
After this period, no return will be accepted.
