Want to discover analog color photography and watch a unique image appear right before your eyes?

This RA4-Reversal workshop immerses you in the magic of direct positive color photography — a process that is both technical and surprising, yet accessible even to beginners.

You’ll start by handling a large-format camera (20×25) specially designed for this workshop. We explain how it works, how to compose your image, and then you create your own color shot.

Next comes the most fascinating part: RA4-Reversal printing, a chromogenic color process based on a sequence of successive chemical baths.

You follow each step one by one — including the incredible moment when, in about thirty seconds, your color photograph appears as if by magic in the final bath.

Beyond the technical vocabulary, the workshop is above all a true sensory experience: handling the camera, shifting from darkness to light (solarization), watching the image come to life before your eyes…

A unique moment, even if you’re not a photographer.

You leave with your own RA4 color print, made by your own hands, along with all the keys you need to understand and appreciate this very special analog process.

The workshop is limited to 6 participants to ensure attentive guidance and full immersion.
