Aura 35 vs Noritsu HS-1800

We conducted a comparative test between the new Aura 35 scanner by Aura Lab and the Noritsu HS-1800, still widely used in many labs.
Here’s what we observed:
⋅ A more neutral and balanced rendering
⋅ A color palette truer to reality
⋅ Files optimized for both quality and storage: smaller in size, yet with superior image quality

Beyond image quality, the development of the Aura 35 scanner is part of a continuous improvement approach. Every piece of customer feedback is analyzed by the team, and the scanner’s software is regularly updated with dedicated upgrades.
For photo labs, this means:
✔️ Faster workflow
✔️ Optimized energy efficiency
✔️ Files adapted to current uses (web, printing, archiving)
Following the integration of the new scanner in each of our stores, if you drop off your films at the lab, don’t hesitate to request a scan on the Aura 35 and experience the difference for yourself.
